How will I know when my cleaning days are?
3 ways:
- During sign up, you will receive a welcome email with your first service date.
- Log into your account: when you log onto your account, click on the sidebar on the “Subscription details” tab to see when your next cleaning is.
- Text alerts: We try to make it easier on you by sending text messages the night before your cleaning. When signing up make sure to select that you want to receive SMS text messages for this feature to work.
How often should bins be cleaned?
We recommend monthly or quarterly cleanings to prevent odors, bacteria, and pests. One-time cleanings are also available!
What if I need to reschedule my cleaning?
Log into your account: On the left hand side of the account is a tab labeled “Availability Calendar”. When you click this, you will be able to select all dates that you are unavailable. Our system will automatically schedule your next visit beyond this date.
Do I need to be home during my cleaning?
Nope! As long as your bins are curbside and empty, we’ll handle the rest. You’ll receive a reminder before we come and a notification once your bins are sparkling clean.
Why can’t I just clean my bins myself?
You could — but it’s messy, time-consuming, and often ineffective. Our system uses 200°F water and 360° rotating heads that eliminate 99.9% of germs and odor without contaminating your driveway or yard.
How will I know my bins have been cleaned?
You’ll get a text or email notification once your service is complete. We’ll leave your bins neatly curbside, clean, and deodorized.
What if I forget to leave my bins out?
No worries! We’ll send you a reminder before service and can help you reschedule if needed.
