We may refuse service if:

• Bins contain hazardous waste, animal remains, or medical waste

• Bins are not out or accessible at the designated time

• Bin ownership cannot be verified (bin in neutral location with multiple others)

Refund Guarantee: If we’re unable to provide service due to circumstances beyond your control, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to schedule your cleaning on the next available route.
